Dan arrived on time, was friendly and answered every question I had, which was a lot. This alone gave me a high level of confidence. The installation team also arrived when they said they would and walked me through the plan for the day, so I knew what to expect. They were professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Once installed and tested Dan explained how the system worked, and again answered every question I had. I originally met Dan for Quality Air Solutions when he came to my current work place to do an A/C install. I was in the process of removing and replacing my evap system and replacing it with a fully ducted 16 kw reverse cycle system. I was originally a Refrigeration and Air-conditioning mechanic and from my first conversation with Dan he impressed me with his knowledge and my Gut feeling was that i wanted this company to do my install. Dan supplied me with a quote which I thought was competitive with other prices that i had received so I decided to go with him. We discussed many options he always made me feel as part of the process, nothing was never to much trouble which was fantastic and the line of communication was always open and I was always kept up to date of the progress. The Install guys arrived on time as arranged and went about removing my evap system and replacing it with my new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Unit. Again during the installation I was kept up to date with what was going on. All the tradies were polite, respectfully and good at what they did. My gut feeling was right. I was really impressed by the way they conducted themselves and the quality of workmanship is top notch. I am fanatical and old school with things being installed right and they did not let me down. They left and cleaned up after themselves leaving my house as they found it. On completion i was given a full run down on the operation of the system and advised if i had any future questions Dan was always available. I rate this company very highly and would have no hesitations on recommending them .If I could Ii would rate them more than 5 stars +. They recently installed another system for my work colleague and he also had a great experience as I did with these guys.

Had Quality Air Solutions Complete a total refit of an existing Evap ducted cooler to a Reverse Cycle ducted air con on a rental. Great job clean and tidy trades and worked to the quote they supplied. At the rental they removed a reverse cycle wall unit and then installed into my home workshop. Our installation was not a straight forward in & out situation. The time spent investigating what could be achieved was well worth it & not just looking at house plans actually physically checking. There were a couple of issues discovered during installation that could not have been foreseen, but the team discussed the best solutions moving forward in a calm & professional manner that gave the best possible outcome on the day. Very happy to recommend QAS, the team were efficient & cleaned any mess created as the installation progressed, taking away the rubbish & cutout panels removed to install the ceiling ducts and return grills. The honest answer is that it depends on the size of your home, your roof space, how many zones you want and the system you choose. That's why we come out and measure before we price it, rather than throwing you a number over the phone.
You'll get one fixed price in writing at your free in-home quote, and that's the number you pay.
Most ducted installs are done in one day, though bigger or two-storey homes can take two.
Only at the start and for handover, so we can walk you through the system and set up the app. Everything in between, we handle.
Yes. If you're replacing an old ducted reverse cycle system, we check whether the existing ductwork is worth keeping and tell you straight. If you're swapping evaporative for reverse cycle, the ducting is a completely different size, so it all gets replaced. We put the new vents where they work best for reverse cycle, and if the old vent spots don't suit, we patch and paint them so the ceiling looks like new.

In a Perth summer your roof space can hit well over 50°. Cheap, thin ducting laid flat on the ceiling soaks up that heat, so your system works harder and takes longer to cool the house. We use thicker insulated ducting and hang it across the roof space, so the air arrives cold and your power bill stays down.
